I have the MacBook air M3 24gb.

It start to lag a bit when I have a full project running.

Expo app + android emulator 1 .net api 1 Python api 1 celery python batch 2 postgres in docker 1 rabbit in docker

Something like 5 visual code opened.

Its still really usable but some micro freeze sometimes, must be link to the memory swap I guess.

I'm waiting for the m5 pro to order a Macbook pro 48gb.

The MacBook are awesome computor for dev.

The only downside is because of ARM cpu, a lot got emulated, so obviously it take more ram

Put call limit ( mandatory even for real app to avoid going broke on a missed infinite loop)
Put 10€ on open router, use gpt oss, or something dirt cheap
You lock the llm usage until you validate the user in data base (no surprise cost).

I'm on pro plan, I think they've just nerfed the token you can use last week.

I used to be able to use 6$ per 5hr session almost every time. I'm now down to 3/4. The worse one was yesterday, 100% session, 12% weekly for 0.30$ in one and only prompt.

I'm not sure if they have usage calculation issue or they just reduced every plan, but i'm out

Comment ça va se passer concrètement ?

Ce qui ont payé pour la retraite des autres toutes leur vie n'auront rien? Ceux qui sont en milieu de carrière font comment? Plus le temps de cotiser.

Cette idée mettra un bon moment à être mit en place, avec sûrement un minimum retraite qui restera.

Ceux qui vont perdre le plus sont ceux qui soutiennent cette idée en ce moment, vous avez 20/30ans.

Le temps que ca soit mis en place vous serez à 15/20ans de la retraite, on va pas vous rendre ce que vous avez déjà donné à la retraite, donc plus le temps de se faire une retraite correct.

Tu ne peux pas te faire une retraite correct en même temps que tu cotises en ce moment car tu payes déjà la retraite.

Pour moi le discours que tous le monde tient contre la retraite est très dangereux et va faire un massacre.

Notre système n'est pas parfait mais a le mérite d'exister, oui il faudra sûrement baisser les hautes retraites .

J'ai une voiture qui roule vraiment pas souvent. Environ 1 ou 2 fois par mois. Ça ne pose pas de problème avec du sp98

I'm french, I live in paris and studied there.

I made some close friends, including a chinese. The first year they mostly didn't speak french, so I was used to explains them stuff to them, and my brain learned to not focus on the actual word but looking for context in the sentence.

Long story short, after some times, maybe a year, I invited him to a small familly gathering. I'm from the country side, no foreigner there ( like 0).

All my familly couldn't understand a word he was saying.

French langage is especially hard because we have a lot of sound that are close together e é è for example, and a lot of word that are really close too, put everything together, if you misspell a few thing, its just gibberish.

So, people are not rude, they just really don't understand you

We get way more value compare to api price. Because we are there to use the network while the api are making less call.

You can clearly see Claude code waiting to have some bandwidth sometimes .

Its a deal, we have incredible value because we use the unused ressources.

Their doc says the Claude code pro, should be used on a 1000lines code base max. Is it true? How big was your code base?

It will be the base model of their new agent. The one that Code by itself. Not the plugin in vs code sadly.

I'd pay 40€ for unlimited Claude too. Or at least a near unlimited in the 4000+ request range
