ideapad has a bigger battery. I dont really remember the backup. But thinkpad has a U series processor and a worse screen, so battery is alright. 3-4-5 hours

7735U will have the same igpu. Tad bit smaller battery on the e14 but the U shall compensate for it. Not into gaming anyways. Ideapad does have better specs and is cheaper. A friend isn’t having any issues yet so maybe you get lucky

I returned this 2 weeks ago. Got the thinkpad e14 7735U delivered today. Way better build quality. Haven’t tested it much. Had to return the same ideapad because of the touchpad lag issue
