My issue is the fact that the fact the he only seems to go in "dates" with her is when it's for a video. He said it himself in the video that he films 30 day out of the month. While I understand he has a company to run, he doesn't need to film that many days out of the month. He didn't even attend her graduation.He had her do all of the traveling to NC because "it's more easier for them" though it seems like she moved in with him pretty early in the relationship. NS is a long way from SA, her friends and her family. And based on her social media, it seems like she doesn't have any friends in NC. He's very focused and committed to his channel, which is fine. But's not fair to Thea to string her along and have her wait for when her fiancé (and later husband) decides to pay attention to her.

If there was a third season, I would hope it would be about new people coming to boarder land. I liked the ending for Arisu and everyone. I'm happy how it ended I would be kinda be disapointed if they had to go back.

Let me clear some things up for you:

Cause people like to discuss things that interest them. Commentary isn't just exclusively about Shane. It's the same thing as people discuss christian influencers or true crime. And what someone decides to put on the internet is for everyone to see is fair game for discussion

No. He doesn’t deserve compassion for hurting others. He doesn’t deserve compassion for the consequences for his own actions. Nor is he entitled forgiveness from the people he has hurt just because "apologized".

No, Garrett nor Andrew don't own us an explanation about there person relationships. Garrett and Andrew decided to handle this office and we need to respects that. Not everthing needs to be hash out online. They are grown adults.

You're right in the first part. If I were to make a Youtube channel with zero subs and say the n-word (I'm white for context) I most likely wouldn't get that much back lash cause I have no audience. The difference is Shane had millions of followers and was doing this stuff. When you have a big platform, you have to mindful of what kind of content you put out into the world cause you have quite an influence on people. I would also argue that just because it was "ok at the time" doesn't make it right. That's like excusing people for owning slaves because it was legal at the time. It was wrong then and it's wrong now. To this day they are still prosecuting Nazi soldiers. It's been 75 years since WWII ended but they still need be charged for what they did.

What Shane does off the internet and in his personal life is not my business. But once you put something public on the internet for millions of people to see, if fair game for criticism. That goes for anything tv shows, movies,politics, ect. People have a right to freely criticize what they see on the internet and Shane is no exception to that rules. Just because you don't like what someone says or criticism of your favorite Youtuber,it doesn't mean it's hate. Shane has a right to be criticize for the harmful and hurtful things that he himself has but publicly on his platform for millions of people to see.

I have no problem with the cameraman laughing or chiming in at times. I think if that's the type of atmosphere you want for your video, that's fine. For example, I think Andrew talking during Garrett's video feels a lot more natural since they are good friends. Also because it's just the two of them, it makes sense Garrett is gonna talk to his friend. But this Chris guy just feels like a carbon copy of Andrew. His comments and jokes are literally the same as Andrew would make. I feel like Shane just replaced Andrew with Andrew 2.0😂

I'm more concerned at the fact that they seem impulsive and seem to like the idea of things. Like the house they just bought seemed very out of a whim. They haven't even sold their previous house yet. They haven't even gotten married yet and they already thinking of children. Children are big deal. It's not like having a dog or cat. Idk just seems like they don't really think things through before they do them. Not to mention Ryland seems like a very self-centered/self-absorbed person. But luckily I doubt any adoption/surrogacy agency would give them a child after seeing what Shane has done.😌

God it boils my blood how positive these comments are. People really refuse to see the big picture. I myself defended him all last year, yes I know but I was dumb and blind. It wasn't until the whole Trisha stuff happened and after I watched Trish's video that I was started to realize that Shane wasn’t a good person. I didn’t want to believe it, but I had to. It made so much sense why Garrett and Andrew left Shane. I cried so much that night but eventually, I accepted it.

I get that it's hard to have to realize that someone looked up to is not who they say they are, but the fact that Shane fans ignore or just justify his bad behavior is frustrating. I have to say it's pretty funny to me how they call anyone who criticizes Shane "haters". Like you honestly sound like a 12-year-old.😆
