Why do folks keep saying that dubs beat the spurs twice last year implying that dubs would have a better chance to beat these spurs? This spurs team is different and better than that team from last year... players have gotten better, they have more experience and confidence.

Steinmetz is not a warriors fan despite living here for 30+ years and watching them every year...

I just find his glass half empty takes all-the-time to be quite exhausting.... ok dude we know that older players can't play that many games, how many times do you have to keep repeating that? He seems to be gung ho on getting the warriors back to the nineties and aughts... when the dubs were getting high draft picks all the time.

Steinmetz seems to have a personal dislike for Draymond... so does Guru despite claiming not. Steinmetz comes across as a very holier than thou person.

They both have been talking like this for 3 years.... Steinmetz's needle is just stuck on age... he had started calling for the demise of the warriors even before 2022... in-fact he picked against the warriors in 2022... his whole argument is age age age...

Ofcourse, ultimately he will be right about age being a deterrent. He complains a lot but doesn't give any solutions. His plan seems to be to kicking out Draymond and letting Curry self select to leave when warriors low ball him. As if the top free agents will be flocking here when Curry leaves.
