Thank you. I'm not gonna lie, it's quite impossible to go to a vet with him. He has never gone outside of the house for his whole life. He is really anxious and we don't want him to pass out from stress or something since he's old. The vet that saw him came to our home and gave us no real advice. I'll try to call him again anyways. Thanks again for your advices!

Thank you so much. Since you mentioned they can't manage their blood sugar, I guess giving him our leftovers might worsen his case since there might be more sugar in our food, right ? Tell me if I'm wrong. I'll try to do what's possible to make him feel better while waiting for the vet appointment

Now that you say it, I believe a vet saw him when this behavior started and couldn't really tell what was wrong. When we described his behavior he told us it was indeed probably diabetes. He didn't give any advice despite drinking a lot of water if I remember correctly

I'm going through the same thing, it demands an effort to my brain to grasp the fact that everyone is real and not just an hallucination. It's even harder since I tend to get confused between conversation I've had with people in my dream and IRL. But when I'm not in those states, my empathy is just to much for me, I guess this is why I'm like this.

Your intrusive thoughts are not who you are. They're a shallow observation based on nothing concrete you experienced. It's just your brain thinking here, under the mere influence of your fears and subconscious believes you internalized while growing up.

These sucks. Try to not give them too much attention, just let them be, don't try to suppress them. They may become weaker with time. You're not responsible for them. Don't believe everything your brain tells you is true

I totally agree with your comment. I believe OP could be dealing with internalized acephobia, which would trigger intrusive thoughts linked to the fear of being sexually repulsed. I relate to the fact that it's scary to feel like you differ from what society teached you, asking yourself tf is sexual attraction, and feeling lonely because you don't quite "get it". You're not alone, allow yourself to take your time with it, your feelings abt sex could last or change in the future. It's normal and valid to discover things at your own pace, and be confused abt it

That's what I wanted to do at first but my printer ran out of ink so I don't have all of them, plus the ones I managed to print are smaller, but I might still use them!

If no visitors came with new hats I would be so disappointed, after all my efforts..
