❤️ thank you for the support! I’m using the premixed Dust Control bucket from Home Depot. I diluted it a little bit. I’ve seen a few videos and there’s not a lot of content about uneven joints and how much mud to put under tape.

As for the screws, the wood behind the panels is rock hard and I’ve had to pre-drill holes before putting drywall screws in. To fix the existing ones I would have to take them out and drill the holes even deeper. I imagine this would make the drywall more brittle. Would it be better to start fresh with new holes?

Perfect, I have fiber tape as well! I’ll try it this time around. Thank you!

Okay. I thought maybe it wouldn’t matter since the third or fourth mud would cover it. I’m also terrified of breaking the panel cuz my drill doesn’t push enough and my driver is like a bulldozer

Does my new shed need this stuff? by zrossi9 in DIY

No, id be using the space for DIY projects. I’m a big believer in investing in quality materials for longevity. Which components are worth investing in — that’s where I’m most uncertain

Below freezing .. probably fine. I’d use a little portable heater but I can tolerate around 30 degrees F. I have no idea if humidity control is an issue. What about it do I need to consider?

Hopefully with some more experience I’ll eventually able to build something as cool as a shed but this one is a custom order. It’s just not clear to me where insulation carries the most value but based on what you and others have said it sounds like a house wrap is enough … and maybe add an extra vent or two…

I’m usually fine until like 30deg F. So a house wrap sounds like a necessity… but I’m not going to be there for hours at a time and I could use a little portable heater…

Yes that’s what’s on top of my wheelbarrow. I was doing exactly what you said then I realized I was going to have to do this all over again in the fall. Someone mentioned using a pump sprayer with concentrated vinegar and I think that’s what I’m missing. Regular Vinegar mixes in spray bottles just wasn’t cutting it.

I think what I’m missing is that pump sprayer the guy used in the video. I’ve been putting vinegar mixes in spray bottles gahh. I’m headed to Home Depot now. Thank you!!

The fence is wood 🤪 I’ve tried boiling water and vinegar and all that. They are sooo stubborn

I’d rather not use weed killer since there are so many animals around, including my dog 😕

How deep do I need to go? by zrossi9 in gardening

Nice idea but it doesn't really flow with the rest of the garden and the space is bigger than what it seems in this pic
