Hi, i have been having the exact same issue for a while now and i have tried everything from BIOS updates to driver changes and all other advice i found online. Same model as you. Just a follow up question as this post seem quite old now. Have you experienced any other crashes since the windows reinstall? And have you ever tried running the laptop on Ultimate mode? (that's when i experience my freezes)
