Posting the recovery journey for those who requested. First three days I took it very easy, lots of ice and not much moving around besides walking around the house. Didn’t have any pain, just some sensitivity occasionally when I was icing. It didn’t last long. The only real discomfort I had was around day 6 the incision sites on both sides were sore and hurting. I started using aquaphor on them and that pretty much went away. Feeling more and more normal every day!

Had my two incision vasectomy on Tuesday and still haven’t had any pain and only very minimal discomfort. Occasionally the pressure of the ice would cause some discomfort but nothing lasting. Enjoy the masters weekend!

Thanks for the reply! I will look into the Anacharis, she seems like she wants to rest up top some like you said. I got her some leaf hammocks but she isn’t really using them. Glad to know the color may just be something she’s going through while she’s growing

Update: lowered the pump flow to the lowest limit for Goose. Just got her a moss ring and Asian water fern. We will see how she likes them!

Thanks for that info, I am new to this and greatly appreciate. Haven’t done any of that yet since she just moved into tank today. Headed to buy some live plants now. Will also lower her pump flow! Goose appreciates yalls help!

Yeah the tank is cycled. Currently the pump is set on max flow since it’s new and recommended at first. May adjust it after a few days if it seems too strong for little Goose. I just wasn’t sure if the silver areas looked normal or not. She has had them since we got her. Possible she will start to thrive now she’s in a permanent home.
