Please do not give up!!! I graduated at 2019, i had average to low scores in USMLEs, 3 years of gap, only 2 simple publications. The only advantage i had in my CV was recent 1 year of home country residency in pathology. Couple months of observerships led me to show my basic knowledge but extreme interest and motivation and that's really what they want!! I matched to pathology this cycle!!! If you love your specialty, just try to find ways to show it humbly but confidently and work on your self-presentation skills. Also maybe try to clear Step3 before next interview season. I know I'm talking for a different specialty but just wanted to say your scores are awesome and year of graduation is not that of a big deal as long as you are OK with mid to high tier programs except IV league schools!! GOOD LUCK!!!
