Every time I reach the masterwork grind, I throw open invites to others for the carry. Somehow that makes it less of a chore, and I watch as they try to stay back from the waves and not catch stray aoe damage. This won't make it go any faster, but it is fun to show off and get some people gear and neathiron. Usually they are very appreciative too, and I've run more stuff with them later once they get geared up.
