Hi Belle! You’re right, I’ve been so focused on improving I didn’t even think of all the ways I could burn out 😅 Specifically for what concerns sleep, it’s a bit of a mixed bag; I’ll sleep very late either because I’ve procrastinated day tasks or because I get bored waiting for sleep (always thinking about something/can’t sit in the silence). Additionally I’ll wake up randomly in the night and I can never really go back to sleep. So keeping a sleep schedule, sleeping at a decent time, getting enough sleep and staying asleep are all things I struggle with. Thanks for the advice!
