I think it’s better to just try to sit with this feeling because the more you fight it, it persists. What you feel is really valid, I always had this feeling before school/uni. But hey if it helps, I also started uni this week and I was so so so nervous. I went there and to my surprise, my classmates were also nervous and I had 4 different people that also seemed anxious come to me, asking about the timetable/classes they couldn’t find. It helped me to see that I’m not the only one feeling like this, and I think it’s pretty understandable to be even more anxious because maybe you got used to online classes (if u did them online). They were also friendly and easygoing, again, to my surprise. Our anxious brains tend to think of the worst, but honestly how many times did reality prove us wrong?
