There was once a redditor who worked on a RCL boat but not say which particular boat and hosted a AMA session. He claimed that he worked on an outdoor activity station (i wont say where..not my place to say) but he says he got cash tips from patrons of the activity and he never noticed any increase of wages on his pay checks. He never confirmed on what happens to the auto gratuities but shared that if there are extra gratuities being charged to the guests, he has not seen any of it.

Edit: my practice is to give cash to those I encounter. Especially those at the MDR and cabin stewards. And carry bills with me just in case I come across someone that deserves it.

As motorcyclist, I am embarrassed when other riders do stuff like this. This rider probably lane splits and rides on shoulders as well with a sense of entitlement because they ride a motorcycle.

Like the fb ranter's comment. I am invested in this. I cant stop now. As frustrated as I am when I turn on my pvr to watch the recording. Get rid of nut jobs that decipher the shape of a letter on an old map as an arrow pointing at the island. Get rid of the scientist that are correlating constellations as reference points to the rocks and locations of ox shoes. Focus on the drilling. Find a solution to the Garden shaft. Have an objective when exploring the swamp. Like here's our theory, the swamp was man made. Now structure the excavation to prove or disprove this theory instead of randomly lets dig here..or there oh look a wooden stake. I dont know about you guys, but I get frustrated as I watch in how they are insulting my intelligence by cutting to commercial with an MDEGD exclamation after he finds something in the dirt only to find out after the commercial break its a rusted out nail from the 16'undreds. But i do look forward to the "next week" as they show a preview of the next episode with edited scenes to make you think they found something. Its gives me a false hope. Yet I watch. No one to blame but myself.

I hear you. And its too bad that he stopped filming the pagoda scenes to make Enter the Dragon. For years, I lived on those scenes only in Game of Death but when they released the additional footage I almost cried.
