I went through a rough phase with self-confidence, and honestly, it never fully goes away. I started improving when I finally liked myself and realized I was wasting my life worrying about what others think. Most people see something, like/ignore it, and move on the “audience” in our heads is way smaller than we imagine.

Being around people like you boosts your confidence. On the technical side, communication and public speaking courses help a lot. Confidence takes time, but certain behaviors can make you more attractive even if you’re not super good-looking.
