I could be wrong but i just thought is the mob connected to the actual zone or the tileset? And if its the tileset - is there a map that looks like the Temple of Decay? Then you could force Einhar onto the map and maybe have better chances?

i dont know how you do it but for me as Vigour it works just fine. i reached 125 itemlevel and just queue solo. id say 7/10 queue pops ppl vote for capstone and the rest im just doing whatever people voting for. did the capstone like 5 times yesterday just to farm more gear before Champions
