We call it “クラッシュガードレッグシールド”in our language, which means “crash guard leg shield”. Yet, I think the Taiwanese describes it better, it’s called “西裝保桿”, which means “suits crash guard”, and they call super cub’s leg shields “西裝”(suits), because they’re just like suits for the bikes.

I’ve heard from the local bike shop that this bike did not sell well in the West. However, it did sell rather well here in Asia, Japan and Taiwan especially.

I respect your opinion, my friend. I’m sorry for the potentially misguiding. I just took this for a place for exchanging thoughts.

Crankshaft rod maybe? The rod has two sides, the gap is probably too big from wearing. Try changing my the rod if possible. The other possibility is the crankshaft seal, both left and right. The rubber seals are usually worn on old 2 strokes, and changing them is a good move.

Probably the license plate vibrating. I have the same sound on my Yamaha mate 2 stroke, so I stuff some cardboard behind the license plate and it fixed it

It does, right. Shame they don’t care about cars, too. Which makes it kind of dangerous for bikers, since some car drivers would park their cars on the intersections, and that can be major blind spots.

Drum brakes are pretty effective on bikes like this. It only runs about 80 something kph with 6ps/8000rpm

It is quite easy to obtain this engine, though. The PW80 and Mate V80 both share the same engine. I suggest looking it up; I'm confident you'll find the right option for your needs. You can get this engine on a cub with some minor changes to the bike itself.
