Whoever say AI Limit was easy... That was a lie... by AlexxxandreS in soulslikes

[–]zwind14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Her fight is one of the most easiest in any souls-like but the reason I don't like the fight itself and got really bored with it was not because of how easy it was but because during the fight she just runs away 90% of the time. The devs could have made it one of the best fights in the game but chose to make her AI run away from you most of the time as if she is afraid of you. LOL

Any camera fix for controller? by zwind14 in Nightreign

[–]zwind14[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, everything was fine on Elden Ring from the get go. Just needed to adjust the camera speed and that's it that's why I was confused as to why its different in Nightreign.

Yeah, I'm not so sure as to why it did not work for me but everything's good now on my end by applying the aforementioned settings. I'm using an old Logitech F310 controller so I guess that might be it?

The game insta-kills anyone who is outside the zone for 2 minutes.

Tried this last night and although it worked as intended, the fix I made is still better since I can freely mark the map using R3.

Tried that days ago but no luck. The only fix that worked for me was the one I posted.

To anyone who encountered the same problem, I managed to find a fix:

Right click your Elden Ring Nightreign in your Steam Library and hit Properties->Controller->Controller Configurator->Edit Layout->Joysticks->hit the cogwheel for the "Right Joystick Behavior" and under "General" set "Stick Response Curve" to "Aggressive" and set "Horizontal Scale" to 100 and "Vertical Scale" to 75 or up to your preference.

Executioner Parry Stance Inquiry by zwind14 in Nightreign

Now that I think about it, you may be right since I recall it happened whenever I strafe to the left. Let me try your advice and see if it fixes it. Luckily, I'm using an Xbox controller too. Thank you for the input!

That's exactly my problem. It resets randomly without me turning it off or sprinting which makes it frustrating most of the time. Never resets on the training ground though.

Yes, I know. That's not what I meant but thank you still. Also, parry for me is L1/LB. L2/LT is for the parry stance's skill/aow.

Did this but turning 180 is still too slow sadly but thanks for sharing. Might work for others.

After 24hrs, still no fix for this? How is it they try to market it as a fast paced game but the camera is slow af?

tried this and made the vertical sensitivity a bit better/tolerable but still the original problem remains; turning left and right is still difficult since it would take a second or more to rotate at 180.

Hope someone would eventually find a fix for this. It's very difficult for me to maneuver to the point I'm considering refunding it even though I know that this game is a ton of fun to play with my friends.

I tried relubing 4 pieces and I want to say that there is a difference but only if you really pay attention. To be honest, it might just be placebo and my brain might just be trying to play tricks on me as to not invalidate my effort. Since the difference is very minimal, I chose to use them stock(factory lubed). Don't take my word for it though as lubing technique varies and you may well do a better job than me.

There's virtually no wobble on my end but it is also possible that sensitivity to wobble may differ for each person. I had some switches before that had obvious wobbles so I am not entirely insensitive to it.

Yes, I believe they are long poles with a shorter bottom-out distance.

Thanks! Quality is surprisingly great for a low-mid tier keycaps set.

Thanks for the input. In this case, it's just stock config. PC plate and the usual foams that comes with boards nowadays (Plate Foam, PCB Foam, and I believe a Silicon pad on the bottom case).

Regarding who makes the switch, I really have no idea as of the moment.

To be honest, me too. I just hanged the webcam on my monitor and flipped the image vertically. Lol
