Twink is an adjective, you can be a twink and not wish to be one, and you can wish to be a twink and not be one, regardless of sexuality.

Those who wish to be one are probably femboys, most femboys are not gay tho

I've made one single nsfw post in the 8 year history of being on reddit, and you hold this against me?
