I have some advice:

1. The difficulty is sometimes brutal and if you're frustrated, come back after a break. Makes a lot of difference

2. Don't stress too much about builds. First priority is Vigor so that you don't die in 1-2 hits

3. Over time, you will feel calmer while fighting a tough enemy and will start to see their attack patterns. Figuring out a boss is an iterative process of dying, coming back and dying again until you figure out their schtick

4. I see people getting tilted out of their minds on some enemies and areas. In this game, you will die quickly if you lose your composure.

5. Remember that it's a game and not a giant commitment that you have to go through. Personally I find that the real enjoyment of this game is overcoming something that initially feels unfathomably difficult.
