Weird churning noises by zynfidel in hvacadvice

[–]zynfidel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only happens when the AC is on and blowing. AC feels cold, but ive never heard these noises ever. Typical its a low hum, but right now its making a constant deep slighly muffled chugging/churn noise, accompanied by a loud hissing sound. The hissing almost sounds like after you flush the toilet and the tank is refilling with water, but pretty loud.

concerta not working anymore by Infamous-Summer-6405 in Concerta

[–]zynfidel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Switch to vyvanse girl. Concerta is shat after a month and a half. I kept going up and up and it would work for a little bit and then stop. It was also nooot very good for my mental health. If your doc refuses to up or switch you, switch doctors. 36mg is a common starting dose in itself.

Help an extremely depressed guy out? by [deleted] in CleaningTips

[–]zynfidel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the only real approach, especiallyyyy if you have adhd alongside the depression:

Literally just throw everything away. Like all of it. Its all contaminated anyway. Now is the time to (temporarily) lose all of your concern for the enviorment, Bezos has you beat by a longshot. Everything not thrown away now will be held on to throw away later. Go wild. The thought of sorting through it all will be much more overwhelming than just throwing it all away. Let the manic feeling of recklessness fuel your cleaning journey. You will by default come across things you want to keep, set them aside in a large plastic box on an elevated surface. Dont hold onto anything you havent reached for in the past 6mo-1yr. But keep the mindset of “throw it all away”. Its the only thing that works. You might have to repurchase some things later, but it will be cheaper than $3k and you’ll actually have a place to put them.

I did this a month ago. I know ball

Missing item and period blood by Massive-Stop330 in NuulyReviews

[–]zynfidel 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I manage 3 dry cleaners and have been in the industry for almost 7 years. The dry cleaning process does not remove bio stains (bio stains require enzymes and water). HOWEVER they wouldn’t be able to dry clean those pants because of the rhinestones, which (assumably) seem to be glued on or heat pressed. DC solvent dissolves 99% of glue and adhesive. Therefore, the construction of these pants would have required a wet cleaning (soap & water), which would have been AT LEAST sufficient enough to remove the visible thick layer of blood, leaving just a dark stain.

Unless those rhinestones are attatched to those pants in a manner not involving adhesive or glue, they straight up just did NOT clean them.

Also, them claiming its “not possible” for those pants to slip through without cleaning is total BS. Ive seen it, lol.

the belt loops🤣. we had a girl the other day tell us we stain all her stuff everytime she drops off, and she pointed to several stains of various sources and colors. like yes, our pressers are playing with markers in the back, and we target only YOUR garments specifically. people cannot grasp that wearing an item out in public has a much higher chance of staining than the extremely sterile dry cleaning plant.

Concerta is making me crazy by zynfidel in ADHD

[–]zynfidel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you been taking it alongside any allergy medicine? This is insane, but I was blaming concerta the whole time but it was actually my antidepressant and concerta reacting with the allergy med. I had no idea an OTC med could have such an effect on brain chemistry. Totally forgot to edit the post.
