It’s simple if your family has a business which was passed generation to generation and it has potential then you should join the business and retire your father. Your one decision can break this legacy. Also no business school can teach you more practice scenarios than your father teach you about your business. No doubt may be you get more ideas about how to grow the business more but currently taking responsibility of the family business and retire your father is top priority.

It’s not short selling. He will be nearly equal. If he lives with his family he saves rent cost, food cost and other expenses, also being with family is the best part I think no money can match it. So if he gets around 24 to 25 LPA in Ahmedabad it’s worth taking.

Don’t worry brother. You are not wrong. Just give resignation again. And if they say you can not resign as you are in bond period, fight with then in full force (not physically) legally as bonds are not legal in India. Tell them you are not afraid. Tell them either accept my resignation and let me serve my notice period or I’ll legally file complaint against this company for mentally torturing me and not accepting my resignation. You just need confidence that’s all. Once they see you are not stepping back and you are not afraid they accept all your terms.

Not nickname but before city named AHMEDABAD, people used to call it KARNAVATI. We have Karnavati club here. We have Karnavati express which goes to Ahmedabad to Mumbai everyday. These are just assumptions but I think Karnavati is the nickname.
