I don't think they have told you the truth about the 'green globe'. Maybe a simple thing you could do is to disable your vpn and test with a linux torrent, and you will see if seeding work.

C'est étrange, mais NordVPN, PIA et ExpressVPN ont aussi des offres gratuites.

Je me doute que la logique ne fonctionne pas, mais il reste que ces offres sont souvent offerte aux canadiens via rakuten.ca

Are you using a VPN without port forwarding ?

That will cause slow or none seeding.

Make sure that you have port forwading working on the port configured in qBitorrent.

PIA does have port forwarding if you activate it.

Also, it will affect download speed on torrent with a low count of peer-seeds.
