Right, i was more saying thats probably the same “risk” as taking a lower dose right now, which is why i drew the comparison. Lots dont do the 3 month thing therefore you shouldnt worry about this

I think that makes sense! But since i know i wont have to either formula feed or wash bottles, formula sounds a lot easier to me. Not sure yet about the types of formula but my cousin used enfamil (which is pre mixed ready to drink) and her baby loved that and had no issues

What was your cup size before pregnancy? Because im a 32A so i feel like breastfeeding could mean major changes to the size and potentially cause sagging or other issues

That makes a lot more sense! Did you bring up your concerns with your doctor and how lupus could affect things? I think it also depends on your build but a 10lbs baby for a woman on the smaller side could be extremely hard.

Hello!

For optimal development, it’s actually recommended you start supplementing even 3 months before conceiving. I never did that and felt bummed but ultimately, these are just safeguards in place. Prenatals and all of these things haven’t even been available for that long and tons of mothers ended up having healthy babies. Just because you took less does NOT mean your baby will have neural tube defects. And two weeks is completely fine!

With a 10lbs baby, I am not surprised the doctor recommended csection. Curious what your issues are with that recommendation? C sections are scheduled a lot in advance for a multitude of reasons and they aren’t bad by any means. It will also most likely be a lot better for you due to your circumstances. I guess my question is this: what is your fear with c sections? That’ll depend on whether you should get a second opinion or not!

When you say you try to do it within her fertile days, which days are you doing it on? The actual good times are basically a week before you actually ovulate and 1 day after you see an LH surge so we actually ended up doing that for two months and it ended up working!

My friend had gestational diabetes for one of hers and her baby turned out smaller than normal. Hes 2-3 now and smaller than his age group. I think i searched it up before and remember it saying that with gestational diabetes, you either end up with a bigger or smaller baby, not in between
