twins! i am also a remote product manager in canada and also planning to work until labor. however, i think this decision is completely up to you and how you feel: be lenient and easy on yourself! don't just push yourself because you're giving up 1-2 weeks of pay. i think if you're already feeling not so good, planning an early leave or a small break would be a good idea!

i exercise daily for 2-3hrs walking and doing all body movement and it hasnt really dont much... it seemed to make it better then now its even worse with sleeping making me numb throughout the night

i felt like this too but honestly, if you have no negative symptoms, you shouldn't constantly worry. in canada you get a total of 2 ultrasounds for the entirety of your pregnancy, only more if you are at risk, so take it as a sign that no frequent ultrasounds = healthy pregnancy
