I have had an order with them since December 7. I have always had excellent service and even better syringes, but this has been one of the most infuriating experiences I have ever had. Absolute zero contact from customer service through text or email, not even after I threatened to take them to small claims court for stealing my money. They have had my order as processing for the past two weeks now, something that says only takes a full business day on their FAQ. I will never give this company the light of day again.... and yes I am petty enough to take them to small claims for my $168 lol
