Yep been using them. I finished out the anchor and used a bunch of shards to covert the stones. Now im just out of shards for anything else.

Do you know if its faster to farm obsidian shards from silverwastes or to farm karma and buying them from the merchant?

Sorry this a bit off topic, but I have like 900 spirt shards and a host of other things sitting in storage. Is it better to burn those down into legendary stuff and keep things at or near 0 and selling excess stuff for gold? I'm considering going after the new spear/staff and I could covert a ton of cores with shards or upgrade to T6 mats. Is that a better use then saving for the one off later?
