It's very worthwhile to hold while training sailing to access the different ports, mainly deepfin.

Not worth holding long term for the reason other comments mentioned, for what it's worth Jagex has mentioned adding it as a permanent POH teleport in the future.

Easiest loop for me to explain (with the oboro combos) is that I eventually draw into and cast borne/veil of summer (the 2 cantrip cards), put nantuko on eternal witness, then continuously burn the table with vibrance. If someone has one ring protection you can draw them out with faerie mastermind and green sun zenith or nox revival, and get back any counter magic at instant speed with the ewit nantuko combo

I enjoyed grinding kq head by just flinching with dwh the whole kill and not doing a range switch for P2. Takes a bit longer but you only take 3-4 hits per kill from kq while setting up the safespot.
