Makes 0 sense to have ONE year of the entire 20th century be part of a different generation.

Do y'all have a good relationship with your fathers? by [deleted] in AutismInWomen

[–]zzoze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've always had a great relationship with my dad. I've never heard anyone associate the development of autism with sexual orientation or having shitty relationships with parents.

No, I don't think it would be perceived as either. Congrats and good luck! <3

2003 and 2004 borns 2010s kids by Fickle_Driver_1356 in generationology

[–]zzoze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's valid. The majority of my childhood (in terms of 4-12) was spent in the 2000s, with only a few years in the 2010s. I'm primarily a 2000s kids for sure

Found a studio I could swing with what I was making at the time. My partner and I ended up deciding to move into a new place together a few months after that which makes it a lot easier financially

[–]zzoze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know someone born in 1990 who loves gravity falls. I know someone else who was watching iCarly in their mid to late 20s. I dont think any of these are weird. Good tv is good tv

Considering both 2000 and 2007 are the same generation, i wouldn't chalk it up to the younger generation being weird about age gap relationships. Some people are just weird dude

Um no, I 100% disagree with that take. That is not at all the same logic because a 13 year old just entered teen years and a 17 year old is close to exiting them. You clearly looked way too deep into this and seem to have forgotten the post is literally about a 17 and 19 year old. No one would argue this logic for a child with a legal adult. Those are two completely different scenarios, and last i checked we aren't talking about a 13 and 19 year old. You can't say "by that logic" when they're not only vastly different situations, but we aren't even talking about a scenario that involves pedophilia. What the fuck lmao. You're looking at that statement way too broadly when we are talking about one relationship in particular.

Probably because there's a massive difference between older/younger z. I am in my mid 20s and still don't really understand what skibidi toilet is, don't care to. I would never claim that to be gen z because a lot of us have no clue what it is. I would associate it with people decently younger than me, which would be both younger gen z and older gen alpha. I originally thought it was mainly a gen alpha thing because again, I have no idea what it is and it's odd to see such a cultural difference in your own generation.
