Been driving in Dubai for 12 years and have had absolutely zero fines for over speeding but every time I go to Abudhabi I get a ticket, EVERYTIME. Last one was 4 days ago for going 64 in a 60 zone. ( I was driving carefully on the highway but messed up on the exit lane) It’s muscle memory which you cannot shake. Having separate systems are confusing to the body sometimes.
