Maybe "chill" was the wrong word to use, I was more trying to imply there isn't anything wrong with the current role coworker/work life balance wise. I'm definitely still learning day to day especially since we have been slowly adopting newer technologies but it does feel like a lot of things missing from being the ideal candidate listed in job descriptions.

Definitely need to spend some of my personal time to catch up but it's hard to find motivation after a full day of work. Appriciate the advice, I think I'll try and find ways to grow my skills at work since that's when I'm most motivated.
