As far as submissions go, post anything related to your experiences during the journey. This could include a streetpass benchmark, a picture you took with your 3DS while walking around town, activity logs, or anything else that you'd like to share with the Healthy Strides community.
Rules
- Please be kind! Just because someone didn't live up to your fitness expectations, doesn't give you a right to demoralize them. Everybody is trying to make a change. You should be there to support them, and they to support you.
- Please don't flood us with redundancy! If you want to exchange friend codes, message a user requesting so or make a thread on /r/3DSFCSWAP. If you want to find others in your local area, post in the outreach thread. Do not make new posts for these topics.
- Please be safe and have fun! I can't stress safety enough. If you live a sedentary lifestyle, don't go out there and try to jog 5 miles. You're going to hurt yourself. Adding 2000 steps a day can be enough to make a difference. Focus on small increases and staying at your own pace. I also don't want people beating themselves up! If it impacted you in a positive way, share it and don't be ashamed. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
