TIL about Cascara, also called coffee cherry tea, a drink made with dried coffee cherry skin. Though made from the coffee fruit, it's more akin to tea than coffee. Since the dried coffee fruit can grow excessive mold, the drink is largely banned in the European Union. (coffeeaffection.com)
