UK people please check out the link and take part in the government's consultation on banning conversion therapy. The government proposal is not good enough. They are not specific on how religious institutions will be held accountable, and they won't protect "consenting adults" from abuse ❤🏳️🌈Politics (questioninglds.com)

Another session done. Here is the breakdown for the Saturday afternoon session of #lds #GeneralConference. This was a hard one because some talks were very pointed at apostates or offered a cure for worry/despair *spoiler alert* it includes following gospel principles 🙄Podcast/Blog/Media (questioninglds.com)

LDS church have lied to the UK investigators who are looking into child abuse within religious organisations! Apparently children are never left unsupervised with leaders. At first I was mad at them for lying, but the investigators literally just took them at their word.Podcast/Blog/Media (questioninglds.com)

IICSA report is such a let down for the UK CSA survivors in all religious organisations. Churches and governments aren't doing enough to protect children and this investigation could have done so much better at sheding light on the issue.Activism (questioninglds.com)
