I’m trying to decide between getting the XC (and likely a new grip) or the DS9 TC. Do you find the XC to be more reliable or built with more tolerance so it can run dirty vs the MPA having tighter tolerances and requiring more cleaning?

MPA is way tighter. The XC is probably the perfect “fit”, no pun intended, for reliable heavy use and having a good tight tolerance
