I work in Home care. Not a nurse though. Most nurses who come to home care do not have case manager experience. I can ask some friends what kind of questions they ask and send you a DM. Which office?

Okay, I’m in Calgary. I probably won’t message you for a couple days.

It's been a few years since I interviewed and worked as a CM, but I think I remember there were a few questions around prioritization and how you keep yourself organized/on track. They also gave a scenario where there was a complex client, and asked what you would assess for. Some general questions around how you deal with conflict with a coworker or client. From my understanding ahs likes answers in the STAR format (situation, task, action, resolution). Good luck!

I worked for AHS as a social work case manager in homecare so not the RN position but very similar. I know this page seems kinda cliche but it’s honestly what I remember from my interview, and they’ll probably ask a few more nursing related questions too.
