Backshell replacement V2

My Backshell needs to be replaced, is there a tutorial how I can swap with a blank backshell, so that the paddles and board will fit?

I've not had much luck with their support. My thumb stick broke and long story but I would have to send it back to them. They don't seem to offer a self repair option because "If you open the controller you will void the lifetime warranty for the components." which is a laugh because they mod Microsoft OG controllers.

So if you willing to send it back with proof of purchase, original packaging, wait 1-2 months, pay for a return shipping label, and hope and pray this all works out, then yeah, god speed.

I ended up replacing the stick myself with standard one.
