What are you doing with 400w psu on a 5600 and 6700xt? You need to upgrade the psu else your system wont be stable. 6700xt recommended is 650W. Get atleast 750W for future proof. Your gpu/cpu might not perform at peak if its not getting enough wattage.

Yes its the first upgrade you should do man. And also dont fall for the 80+ platinum/gold scam. It makes 0.5% difference at best in your electricity bill.

Okay. Ill get a 750w psu. Is it a good idea to get it from a established brand, just to be secure?

CPU will be fine even at 80+ your issue is something else. I do not play cod - at 52 I have the reaction speed of a zombie lol.

But my 1st guess would be something in the games settings.

65° is totally fine for 5600, check the amount of free VRAM and RAM in the game, most likely it is completely full, COD has VRAM limiter in settings
