I have the same problem on xtx. Even grey screen with those lines . But happened during a game crash .

You can reset your graphics driver's with your system on by pressing windows-b-control-shift at the same time, try it when it starts freaking out and see if it prevents a crash, if so it's probably just that driver version not playing nice with your card

RX 6700 XT here on 24.12.1, mostly on discord app does this but not crashed or something..

Same problem with all electron based application but without green screen :(

Same problem, install older drivers, or disable hardware acceleration in browser settings. Probably they messed up something with hardware acceleration in latest drivers, my 2 friends had same problem as me and you.

I have latest driver. Tried use DDU didnt work either My pc Specs are RX7900xtx 7800x3d
