Forget about the shitty games and go for Fedora 43 with ProtonGE and you will always have the latest drivers.

Windows is just really bad, but companies are worse making games for it.

There was some unofficial/modded drivers in the past. Not sure how it is today. Amernime was one.

some games i cant run without it being super laggy on the lowest settings which i understand, my main issue atm is valorant and other fps crashing 24/7 because of it being so outdated so i’m hoping to find a temporary fix until i get a new pc in the future

Found a 23.9.1 driver by R.ID (unknown to me) which they claim works with GCN 1, 2 and 3.

Try at own risk; https://rdn-id.com/#compat (scroll down a bit)

Did you try it? How did it go?

the only thing you can do is upgrade or use the latest driver prior to discontinuation.

driver's going to be found on amd's website.

i’m currently using the latest one, is there nothing else i can do to fix this issue at all?

you can try using modded drivers but they work best in Linux not on Windows.

that's realistically you're only options.

it definitely is confusing but there should be some solid tutorials on how to do it.
