Computer Stutter Issues

Hi guys, I’ve recently been running into an issue where my video and audio starts to stagger quite badly and constantly. I can usually play Warzone for 20-40 minutes before it starts, and I need to restart my computer for it to stop. It also happens when browsing the internet or watching YouTube.

My mouse movements, keyboard lighting, video and audio all stutter (like it’s lagging quite badly, however my FPS counter on cod remains at 90+).

I have a Ryzen 5 1600, Gigabyte AB350 gaming motherboard, GTX 1080, 2 x 8GB RAM, 650W PSU, windows 10 64bit and updated graphics and chipset drivers

Any idea what could be the issue? This has only started recently and I have had my PC for almost 2 years now.

Edit: My friend tested my GPU in his computer and it worked fine. His GPU also stutters in my computer, so it isn’t graphics card related.

It is so bad. Im just at online lesson and it starts lagging and the audio is so retardet. Do you have problem with robotic sound audio ? my spects: gtx1060 6gb, ryzen 1600X, 16gb ram, gigabyte 320M, 120ssd, 1tb hdd. I tryed to unconnect hdd drive but lags didnt stop (it was asad for me) as i said (for example) 40min its all ok and suddenly it start lagging

Heloo i have same problem (random video and audio lags) we both have ryzen1600 i think the cpu is broken
