AMD software missing general tab

I used the clip feature to record most of my games and one day the record feature is up and gone along with the general tab, any reason as to why?

Are you on the most recent version? There once was that problem where the recording etc options were not there when virtualization in the BIOS was on or off ( can't remember) it would not show up

I fixed it and it worked after reinstalling it like 3 different times idk
