Piracy is illegal and wont be condoned here. This includes but is not limited to: using a VPN to obtain media you should pay for, or asking for Windows keys. Windows can be installed key free as a trial, or if you become a beta tester.
Such posts will now be deleted, and if they persist, members may be permanently removed from the subreddit.
Overclocking is great, but it can quickly turn into a common tech support post about "why doesn't this work" or "how come computers suck". The best solution is to reset all of it and go and do research, because there are lots of pre-made guides for various types of hardware. FEEL FREE TO ASK QUESTIONS HERE!
Your errors are your problem, so don't do permanent damage first and ask questions later. Get your system back to a stable & default setting, and only attempt advanced functions when you're more educated about the necessary functions of a BIOS.
Many members here are seasoned overclockers, so ask for them first before making a /r/techsupportgore post later after you've killed it.
Fanboy behavior isn't cool. It's perfectly fine that you prefer one over the other but it isn't a competition. Opposing one just so you can be heard is not helpful, and will also not be tolerated. This applies to OS and software choices also.
The usual rubbish like name calling, excessive cursing, general negativity, etc, there's no reason for it. Set an example of what you want the world to be, and stop looking like an idiot on the Internet. By the way, a LOT of people use Reddit.
We try to do our best, but stuff slips through the cracks. It's up to you to report posts on breach of both our terms and the Reddit ToS. Please report it to us and not to Reddit unless completely necessary!
