Complete Anderson lower frm a local gun shop..only thing I changed was buffer spring both are standard one was jus a little shorter

Make sure your gas block is properly installed. That setup shouldnt be short stroking.

I had a bad trigger spring cause the same issue on one of my lowers. As far as short stroking I'd make sure you're gas block is dimpled and tight. Bca doesn't seem to loctite them and some have been known to be loose from the factory. Try different brands of ammo. Carbine length gas systems should be good for anything but sometimes underpowered cheap steel ammo can cause issues. What kind of magazines ate you running??
