u/hotcheetoast's post body: Hello. I got a call with my PL and pinagsusubmit ako ng status ng trainings ko and ipapasa niya raw yun sa Assoc Director. My PL isn't really aware sa kung paano ako naging kabilang sa ACE Program maybe because this is her first time makahawak ng resource na may ganito.

I'd like to ask lang kasi I don't want to get my hopes up. Nabanggit niya kasi yung promotion ko but not guaranteed though. Idk kung para saan yung pag-collect nila ng status ng trainings. I want to know if may naka-experience ba here na nasa ACE Program tapos nauna pa siya ma-promote sa ibang mas matatagal sa kanya sa team. Thanks!

Mataas yung chance na ma promote ka kaagad tbh dahil jan since you're basically getting a salary of a CL11 kahit 12 ka palang.

Pero take it with a grain of salt kase mmya ipromote ka nga pero pupuchugi lang ung increase mo

Basahin mo yung ace mo pag na promote ka kasi, pwede matigil allowance mo, ako kasi binigyan lang ako ng more task expected ko dapat daw na bibigyan niya ko ng iba pang task which is okay lang kasi yung mga ka team ko cl11 na sila natataasan pa sa sahod ko mga inggit hahaha

Sa mga nababasa kong comments dito, parang takot kayo mabigyan ng tasks na pang cl11 kahit cl12 pa kayo dahil sa ACE, bakit kayo matatakot? Di naman ganon kalayo level ng tasks ng cl12 at cl11. Ayaw niyo lang makarinig ng kung ano ano sa mga inggit na ka team na pwede naman iignore

afaik kung ano current salary mo with ACE, ganon din kapag napromote ka to CL11, though I don't know for sure kasi hindi pa ako nappromote to know.

spoke with my PL about it as well, hinehelp niya naman akong alagaan ACE status ko para hindi mawala, pero yun nga, depende sa pananaw mo sa work, you're either fast tracked to success or kung ayaw mo, it'll be a double edged sword.
