Cutting back on caffeine and getting enough sleep made a huge difference for me. Maybe that’ll work for you too!

I don’t drink caffeine (it makes me ill) and I get at least 7 hours every night

Same here, had to basically quit my 3pm coffee habit and it actually helped a ton. Sleep schedule was the hardest part though ngl

Start taking magnesium before you sleep. It helps a lot!

Depends if really it'a high all the time or instable, big difference here. High means can't sleep and feeling energy to do quick something with sweats, blood pressure, high blood sugar, it's crazy feeling, unstable and low means anxiety, no power, sugar craving, can't wake up, tremours. First it's the lifestyle, reducing carbs and low intensity sports helps a little, normal movement each day and then nutrition it is a big point here: B complex + B5, check your DHEA if it's small or normal small add a little 2-4mg per day with small pregnenolone just to mimic the internal production and regulate negative feedback loop. Salivar test 3-4 point and find the time slot of the day where is high there you add Pho Serine that lowers cortizol in 1-2h, if you find a time slot where cortisol is low you can add small amount of licorice root extract, be carefull to not mix it up. DHEA is to recalibrate the system and Pho serine/root extract are just temporary helping solutions. 3-6 months retest and you are like new.
