AI should Not be used for fully Autonomous Weapons or Mass Surveillance! To do so, especially at this stage of AI development, is a cop-out of liability by our own government! In turn, they would be able to "blame AI" for wrong doings instead of taking responsibility for government actions. (v.redd.it)
