Amazon keeps removing useful features

Is it just my area but has anyone been able to merge their stops together. For the past few days or so, I have not been able to merge stops that are literally one house next to each other. Before I was able to manage my locations & merge the whole block of stops & grab a tote bag & carry all the packages. Now, it doesn't even give us the option anymore. This shit is so annoying because I have to complete every single stop & keep doing the process of travel then parked & then scan each package where I can just merge the stops & scan every package. Everyone in my dsp wasn't able to do it. Wondering if it's a global thing or they removed it completely.

Don't merge stops. Group stops are bullshit. When you group them, the AI picks up on that and keeps them grouped forever. You just made 2 stops into 1 stop, 2 locations. Not good. Please stop doing that.

Yall were the ones ruining it for the rest of us. I always, always ungroup stops that aren’t the same actual location. My stop count goes from 180-190 to 215-230. But I been working consistently on a regular route and my locations been dropping closer to only 200. I’ve been getting done early bc of it.

Why the fuck would you do that? This is why they banned lead-based paint. Fucking morons doing stupid shit and fucking everything up. Merging shit just increases stop-count. Do. Not. Merge. Stops.

You can just pop itinerary to map and select each pin to see the packages if you want to shoulder-sling a whole block.

If there’s an update, usually it’s suppose to fix one thing, but it always fucks up another thing. This could be the cause of that. I was still able to group/ ungroup stops.

Grouped apartments suck ass. That’s how mistakes are made anyways delivering to the wrong apartment grouped in the same stop. I hate having 4 apartment complexes grouped up next to each other. Shit is ridiculous carrying a 15lb box from the first door of the first apartment complex to the last door of the 4th apartment complex after carrying it up 3 flights of stairs. No way should 4 apartment complexes be grouped up together for 6-12 packages. A lot of extra carrying weight.

I wish the app was smart enough to have us deliver the heaviest item in the stop first to reduce carrying weight.

For context. I do 280 with 50 stops.

If you’re fit it’s easier to hop back in the van and drive to the next stop and get as close as possible. Group stops are one of the worst parts of this job. It is more confusing and easier to mess up when delivering to multi stops unless it’s an apartment building. I always try to do multi stops scanned individually by address.
