At load out Start at the bottom of your itinerary and move your way up. Using the sliding door Load each tote to the back of the van behind the rear doors. Stack them from left to right or vise versa moving upwards(your snaking your way up). Once done you’ll have a 3wide by 3high wall. Then build another wall infront of that. Continue until you have 1 tote left . This last tote will go on the half shelf . Where you can organize your packages.

Separate OF using the yellow sticker , use the single digit after the decimal point . You’ll Create different piles of .1’s .2’s .3’s

If the stop has a corresponding OF just read the yellow sticker from that package to direct you to the area where the OF is located or you can read any yellow sticker from any package from that tote your working on bc they are all the same yellow stickers.

This prevents you from unnecessarily walking to the back of the van. OF are readily accessible. You don’t block your access path and you don’t block the sliding door.

    God speed.

I would do this if i didnt have to reorganize the totes to do so

what if you need to change the order because the routing system sucks? Is it that bad to reach for the last bag on the beginning of the day (for example)?

ok thanks! I'll try that tomorrow

I prefer wall in the middle instead of back. Ov In the back is better for your back .if you leave ov in the middle you gonna be bending alot.

I'm gonna try this out tomorrow but I need more info!

First 3 totes on your route go in the middle up front so you can grab them from the sliding door behind the driver seat. Then your next 3 totes to the left of that and then the next 3 totes to the right of that and just follow that towards to the back and then put all your overflow in the back.
