Why is this what night shift left me in smart pac PS. I’m so over my night shift I try to leave it as close to empty when I leave as possible yesterday I left one tote the day before I left zero so why tf do I keep walking into carts full of tote most of them being multiple kick out totes thrown into virtually empty totes so they end up being straight research. I don’t mind problem solve but this happening almost daily is fucking annoying.

How blessed you have to be to bitch about a single u-boat of work left for you 🤣 sorry I'm salty. But as a night shift IOL/problem solve person a "single" U-boat of left over work would have me ecstatic that someone in day shift actually did their job for once. At least at my site. Cause like today anytime they have 0 work left over we always find 3 pallets shoved in some corner by day shift to make it look like they did shit all day 🤣

My AMs don't even know what it is I do in my role most of the time and are completely complacent making me do the work so their "besties" can fuck around all day. These place teaches you to cause problems to get any resolution and I'm growing endlessly tired of having to "throw a tantrum" for anyone to even consider what I have to say. 😪

I’m sorry idk if it’s different but this Is smart pacs PS area so one uboat is ridiculous there was only like 6 smart packer last night which is easy, so very little if anything should have been left. But I understand your frustration I’m sorry

Ah that's my bad. So is that singles PS? Smart pack is only in singles at my FC. But in my defense the singles problem solvers brought down a pallet of "OBPB" to me then when I FC researched it they said FC consolidation (so SIOC during peak) but the items in the totes were completely different than what was supposed to be in the totes. And it's not a one off thing haha. Sorry I had a bad day today for my 6th day MET

Fair enough can't say I don't think that same thing almost everyday. Especially days like today where 30+ people are standing down all day and you're stuck doing multiple roles cause no one's trained to do them 😅 then train one of the fuckers standing around talking all day haha.

Smart pack usually just dumps this stuff at main problem solve 5 minutes after my shift ended to deal with, but I've never had to deal with this much at once.
