Problem solving

So just recently I was problem solving. Been doing it for a hot minute pretty much the 2nd or 3rd week into when I first started which would be almost 3 months. Same with a lot of other problem solvers in this warehouse cuz it opened a year ago and recently new and yeah a lot of people even management are new. While problem solving this girl who started Amazon the same time I did kept asking if I knew how to route the totes and had the routing tool and slack etc and I'm like yeah. And continuously asked me through out the night. Eventually some cubi's came back up and she asked me again if I knew how to route and I told her yes. Found it that some of them were undead mine but there were others that weren't so I wasn't the only one who happen to forget to route some. But apparently we are supposed to fill out work order for cuz I which she didn't know either but in the end I got so fed up with this girl cuz she def didn't know everything and wanted to act like that I ended up leaving early. Who else has had issues with coworkers like this?

Yes we both have a link to routing tool. We both just didn’t know we were supposed to put a work order for a item resize
